Summary

Greg Kunkel, co-founder of Next Jump and Head of the Boston Office, explains the concept of Lying, Hiding, and Faking, and how that negatively impacts the working environment. He first goes over Next Jump’s history and the mistakes they made, and how they fixed them by figuring out methods and tactics to reduce Lying, Hiding and Faking.

Greg then gives advice and tips on starting a culture of no LHF, and explains in more detail of how to overcome skepticism. For example, honest feedback, or unpleasant truth, is a method to reduce LHF, as evidenced through feedback analytics.

It is important for an organization to be transparent and honest for it to start reducing culture of LHF and to start growing as an organization.
